What a bad service from the store and I will never buy from them

10 Dec 2020, 20:18It was my first and last time ordering from you such bad service and you not even trying to compromise in your wrong technical issue but too quick to tell me you can cancel my order and refund me without even listening to my quiry. So angry and disappointed that had to wait about 3 weeks my order still hasn't arrived

11 Dec 2020, 06:49How very convenient first they say they not pick up my order and my payment and must send proof bank statement, then boom received an sms few days after saying they received payment they went and placed themselves, how did they know what I ordered because they said my order was not on their system and I did not send them the information they require for them to investigate and surprisingly they managed to find it and now will have to wait another 1 week on top of the 2 weeks waiting ????very annoying service
