Shocking restroom facilities

I have in my life never been so appauled with a restroom as I was with the Atterbury branch. Unfortunately I cannot attach photo's but would really like to supply them to any responsible person in the company. This is a baby and kids store. 99% of all people walking into the store has got children with them. You would expect that the restroom facilities would be accomodating to this. Absolutely NOT! There are two toilets. Not one of them have got seats on. There was no paper in any of them. There is no baby changing station and the floor is shockingly dirty. The roof is partly collapsed with exposed wiring hanging down.The tiled floor is badly, badly cracked to such a point that loose pieces of tile are scattered around. No soap or paper towels for washing hands. Even the handrail is missing leaving two very dangrous rods sticking out . But the worst by far is that we found a old used rusted shaving blade in the zink. All of the above I have photos of and would really like to send them to the head of operations, as clearly the area manager is as bad as the store manager. Best of all, once confronted, the store manager pleaded to me not to escelate the matter! Shocking
