RUDE MANAGER WRONGFULLY ACCUSED US!

We had the worst service ever today at Babies r us in Vaal mall. On Sunday my husband and I went to go buy a baby walker. When we got home and assembled the walker, it had a fault. We took it back today and the store manager accused us of breaking the walker. It was so much of a conflict that my husband was thrown out by the security for having the right to complain as a paying customer and being wrongfully accused. As I managed to calm down the situation, we eventually got help and we got a new walker. I immediately asked for it to be checked there in the store before we come back and we get accused for breaking it. As the employee opened the walker, that walker had a crack. The manager had already stormed off to the office, she didn't see the fault in this walker. They fetched the 2nd walker and it was fine. That manager needs to be dealt with for not helping customers politely and accusing us!
