At about 7pm today I went in to the toysrus store to make a return when I got to the front desk the did speak to me the empolyee immediately called her manager when I asked why she said it was store policy not to return the breast pump that was ***** in the same conditions when it was purchased . I asked her to show me the policy she was unable to I explained to her that I had just recently lost my twins an had no longer need it an it was giving to me at my baby shower the lady was very cold hearted she said we can't return it again I then asked for her name an a number to file a complaint she gave it to me I call an spoke with a guy name Roy who informed me that Mandy the assistant manager had gave incorrect information an as long as it was never open she should have returned it . I am now waiting for the district manager to contact me I am so upset my feelings where hurt an I real felt insulted an something needs to be done I love shopping at toysrus but today was the worst experience ever
