Return Policy

My colleagues bought a bottle set for me (Tommee Tippe 2 bottle set) it was not sealed it was still in the plastic bag from the store. Went to return it as I already have a Nuk set. I was advised by the store assistant they cannot take open items. I then advised my Nuk set I bought from the store was not closed. They refused to return the bottle set now I am stuck with bottles with no use.

The package is still intak besides the tap that was initially not there when I received it.
