Putrid quality

I found out I was pregnant last year September. On the 3rd of December 2022 we bought the boni 3 wheel travel system @R2100 from babies r us. Our son was born in May this year so we've only been using the travel system for 6 months as his 6 months old. We're having such a difficult time getting around because the front wheel is almost permanently locked and cannot turn well. I'm extremely disappointed because this travel system should last us a good while. I'm frustrated because I went through the warranty policy and it basically says that they will not exchange or refund after 6 months even though I purchased it months before actually using it

Babies r us please do something about this. I have the warranty receipt and my original receipt of purchase
