Poorly managed gift registry!!!! Never will I shop here again!

I had a baby gift registry with Babies R Us and I will never shop at the store again. The whole management of the registry was very poorly done!!!

From items that I couldn’t load onto my registry even after going into the shop and asking their online team for help.

Gifts that arrived at my house after my guests requested it be sent to their address. And then I didn’t have a clue who it was from or who to thank. When I went to the store with the slip that came with those gifts they told me that I Nadia, purchased the gifts! I was like no way in hell that is possible.

The last straw was that they say you get a 5% Coupon for items purchased off your baby registry and the only terms and conditions is that your guests has to spend R2 500 or more. But suddenly when I asked them about the coupon they told me that every single item in your gift registry had to be purchased to qualify so I don’t qualify! They should really mention all the T’s and C’s of their apparent benefit of having a registry with them!!!!!
