Poor service from online store

<p>My wife ordered a cabinet online 10 days ago.</p> <p>Paid for it on check out.</p> <p>The item was said to be in stock.</p> <p>She received a confirmation email.</p> <p>She then enquired about estimated delivery date and was told it would take 4-10 days.</p> <p>She then received an email yesterday stating that they placed an order with the manufacturer and the item will take 4-6 weeks to ship.</p> <p> </p> <p>This in unacceptable. An item should not be noted to be in stock, if you still need to order it from the manufacturer.</p> <p> </p> <p>Furthermore they have not responded to the email stating our displeasure regarding this.</p> <p>They never answer the phone line that is stated in their email.</p> <p> </p> <p>It is unacceptable business to take our money and not deliver accordingly.</p> <p>If I had know it would take 4-6 weeks, I would have ordered it elsewhere or looked for another item.</p> <p>I need this resolved Asap.</p>
