Poor service!!!

Very bad services from Babies R Us online. We ordered a walking ring the Friday,The saturday we received a text saying our order is packed....its almost 2 weeks now and we still waiting. We tried to call but the number keep on ringing and they take up to 5 days to deliver! I called Babies R Us at Kolonade Mall,a very helpful lady PATRICIA assist me,she explained to me that they don't deal with the online stuff but she will send emails.....she got back to me,she still waiting for response from the online people but still nothing. That is very poor service and unacceptable. Never as an NEVER order from Babies R Us!
