Poor online experience. Did not receive product ordered.

Due to lock down All the BabiesRus stores were closed and I took the chance to do online shopping. There was specific toy that I wanted to buy and waited quite some time for it to come back in stock. As soon as the product became available online I ordered it together with some needed baby essentials. As soon as we receives the order the toy was not included in the box with all the other essentials. After trying to contact them for about three days with no answer to their online line our local BabiesRus offered to help get hold of them. They said that they just wanted to check what is going on on their cameras etc. It’s been 3 days and no feedback whatsoever I paid for an EXPENSIVE toy that I have not received or gotten a refund. And once again their contact line just keeps on ringing. Seems like I will have to take legal action.
