POOR NAPPY QUALITY

I collected my pampers premium care I bought online the nappies are no longer the same as the old one the quality is poor they get full quickly and my baby has rash from them not sure if it's the recent nappies or it's just from baby r us cos this is the 1st time I receive such nappies. The one I normally buy at clicks are white but the ones I got from baby r us have art as if it's normal pampers I am so bored as is they are not supp**** by the same supplier
