Poor Aftersales Service

<p>on the 10/07/17 we purchased a Bounce Swivel Stroller from Babies R Us pavillion. after driving to 3 stores in KZN who said they had stock but didnt we eventually got one at pavillion. upon assembling the unit at home we found the handel to be defective and reported to the store - Jessie the store manager. he was unable to assist saying that the item has been delisted and there is no stock in the country.</p> <p> </p> <p>we further esculated this to thier customer service division and were told the same thing by the regional manager we says the item is delisted and there is no stock anywhere in the country. all they can offer is a refund or 10% off another regular priced item.</p> <p> </p> <p>they sell an item which they cannot offer aftersales service on and then tell the customer if you not happy then we'll refund you. thats so frustrating.</p> <p>they refuse to replace the Bounce stroller with the one that replced the one we purchased due to pricing. however they both have the same frame design and have the swivel feature. </p> <p>i sent 2 further emails to them now they stop responding. they should take this up with thier Bounce supplier to resolve this as a defect item was sold to a customer.</p> <p> </p> <p>very bad customer service they dont own up to thier faults and poor service . all the store mangers at thier 4 stores we went to where very rude and abrupt.</p> <p> </p> <p>will never support this store again.</p>
