Pathetic service by Babies R Us

I am appalled by the service and experience I have had with Babies R Us. I have purchased an item 27 November and received no confirmation email. With that being said, money was deducted from my account for this purchase. I have left multiple messages via email and social media and no response whatsoever. They have read my messages on Instagram and simply did not respond to me query why I have not received my online purchase or any form of communication as to why money was deducted but now I can’t track my order because there is no order according to their site. I have tried calling customer services, I went into the store itself and no one in store can assist me. I can’t get through to customer services either. I am disgusted by this experience that my money has been taken but no sort of communication as to when my order would be coming. I want my money back or the item I have purchased!!
