Pathetic service

I recently purchased items online and it indicated that it comes with a free product. However when I went to fetch the items I store, they refused to give me the items as indicated on the adverti*****t. They said that they are unaware of the promotion. Absolutely ridiculous even when I have photos of exactly what I purchased
