Pathetic service
On saturday aftnoon I had the misfortune of going to toys r us at westwood mall in dbn. I required a baby sound monitor. I was informed that it was retailing at R799. I completed my shopping at a neighbouring store and returned to purchase the monitor. I was then informed by the saleswoman and the teller that there was no monitor for thag price. After being given a run around verbally I walked out. Sad and pathetic service and staff attitude. Thank God for better retailers elsewhere!
