PATHETIC ONLINE SERVICES

Utterly disappointed in the online service from Babies R Us. Made 2 purchases online last week, cancelled one and still have not received my refund!!

Management does not take my query seriously. Empty promises and pathetic customer service!

I asked management to assist within 24 hours of my purchase with cancellation, and when asked if they are aware of CPA, the response was that she is aware but is still bound by company policy...so does this mean that Babies R Us company policies are not in line with CPA?MORE THAN A WEEK AND I AM STILL LEFT WAITING FOR MY OWN MONEY!!! Not only is the online service unsatisfactory, but the online customer services are unreliable!!!
