Pathetic Online Customer Service

Pathetic online service. Please do not buy a voucher on their website. I bought a voucher on the 31 July 2020. I have emailed and called their call center numerous times and keep getting excuses that they use a third party and are having technical difficulties. The voucher suppose to be sent instantaneously. The customer service staff attitudes are non helpful at all and they have even told me that their is nothing that they can do about it.
