Pathetic customer service
Two weeks ago I went there to put a lay-buy for a car seat, I was told their system are offline, today 24/04 again I went back, I am told their system is offline, the service I received there was pathetic, not for a big company like them, I was advised that I can't laybuy for something that is on special, I ask the gentleman that was assisting me, it was like I was forcing him to service me, which one is not on special, he couldnt point them out, the problem was that I am laybying not a cash sale, which I dont understands I have been buying from the other stores I have come across such service, I request to speak to the manager, she was very rude, couldnt even try to help me.
