Pathetic!

I have ordered and paid for an online voucher on 20 July 2020 for my friend who is having her baby in September. Up to date hereof (6 August) she has not yet received the voucher via email nor have I received any reply to my follow up emails to Babies R Us as it does not help to phone them, the phone is simply left unanswered. I have never seen such pathetic service in my life. I now had to transfer the money to my friend in order to get something for the baby so I now had to pay double because of the incompetence of Babies R Us. Do not waste your time to ever buy an online voucher from them!!!!
