Ordered and paid but no product or feedback

I am extremely unhappy and disappointed with this so called business as a business is supposed to keep their customers happy and fairly serve a customer.... I ordered a product in store and paid for it.... I was told that it would take 4 days to arive and I would be notified when the product arives.... It has been 14 days and when I went into the store to query about my product, no one could help me and tell me if the product has arrived.... I gave my number once again and was told that I would be contacted that same day in order to let me know what is going on with my order.... Still haven't heard back from them. Thank you for *****ing my money and not providing me my rightful product which wasn't cheap by the way????
