Order items not all delivered #***

I ordered 5 baby essentials on the 27/04/2020 my order #*** came in today 12/05/2020 but only 3 items came, the driver was not so polite when I ask him where is the rest of my baby stuff, I tried to call their customer service but no one answered I am very disappointed as I paid for those items and my baby is due soon.
