Order cost R344 but they charged me R1859.70 and sent wrong order number

I just ordered a few items from the Babies R Us site. I did an EFT for an amount of R344. They instead charged me R1859.70 and said amount was debited from my account. Will someone please help. This has got to be the worst site I have ever used in my life. I would like a refund and you can cancel my order after this fiasco.
