Online ********

I ordered online, made payment successfully that even went through my bank account, when I go back to the babies R US website after payment it gives me an error saying the user canceled the transaction.

I call babies R Us online department as i didn't receive any confirmation of my order or payment and I spoke to Bianca, she made me hold saying she is looking for my instant eft payment and the call hangs up while I'm still holding. I call back and suddenly the phone isn't going through anymore.

It is so disappointing that such a well known store would **** innocent people who are trying to purchase their products....if people don't want to loose their money, please don't buy anything online from Babies R US, they are big ********!!!!!!!!
