No response, no customer service

The lack of customer service from Babies r us is shocking. I have sent 3 different emails from the 14th of December 2024, phoned their customer service call centre 6 times and used their WhatsApp number to try to contact them but to absolute no response. I bought an online voucher as a gift but I cannot give that gift voucher to the recipient yet as I don’t have it in my inbox. There is no customer service at all, I’m still waiting for my voucher that I purchased😡😤 This is unacceptable
