No delivery recieved

I am absolutely apauled at the service from babies r us. I placed an order on Black Friday which said it would take 7 working days to deliver. It’s now been more than 15 working days. I have been following up since day 7 and the call center have given me the run around. I eventually received an e-mail last week stating that the status of my delivery is complete - which it clearly isn’t. I have constantly phoned in and been sent to voicemails where no one is ever available. I then asked for a manager and nothing happened. The call centre is an absolute joke and I still have not heard anythIng. I demand a response from Babies r us otherwise I will need to go and cause a scene at a store.
