No Delivery, Accountability, nor Legitimacy

On Apr 27th I placed an order with BabiesRus, two items of which one was baby diapers. I have not received my order. They promise to reply to emails in 36 hours on two occasions, that never happened. My wife then went to a physical branch and head office suddenly rep**** to him that my order was delivered. They even back dated delivery time, my jaw dropped. I used a Centurion address and they claim I received the order at Johannesburg townships.

BabiesRus has ceased to run a legitimate business and have followed the route of established companies that go out of business. They don't seem to care about the credibility they lose through these complaints as they do not even reply. This is clear evidence that accountability is no more. I have made so many in store purchases with them which shall never be again. I have ordered things on Take a Lot and never experienced even 10% of such grieve as at BabiesRus.
