No customer service

My husband and I rushed to Babies R Us, The Glen to grab 1 item and was turned away at the door at 4:57pm. When I said that it was not 5pm yet, the security guard said they couldn’t let us in. This is unacceptable customer service. The closing time is clearly advertised online as 5pm. Within 3 minutes, we could have taken the item we wanted and paid for it and be out. I am not happy at all with this service. No customer service at all.
