I need a manager or someone in charge to get back to me ASAP or I placed an order for R6000 on the babies Rus website, the baby is due any day and BabiesRus not only got the delivery address wrong they cancelled my entire R6000 order without my concent and no notification was received from any person at toysrus and none of the stores in cape town stocks this unit can someone please explain happened in the process that allowed a loyal customers order to be cancelled without advising the client of the issues or situation. I called Toysrus head office no answer for 20mins the phone just rings. I tried calling the stores in cape town but nothing I need to know where's my money and query my order.
