Never use Babies R Us ever again

I placed an order online 24/04/2020. They charged me delivery after they said delivery is free. I struggled up until 15/05/2020 to finally receive my order, they ignored my emails and phone calls. I was eventually refunded the delivery. I was phoned 15/05/2020 and told that one of my items was not in stock and that I would be refunded. I am still awaiting a refund, they were very quick to take my money but now you cant refund me. I have once again emailed and tried phoning but no one ever answers and my emails also seem to be ignored! My order number is ***. I want my R349.90 refund
