NEVER buy anything online from Babies R Us - dismal service

TERRIBLE SERVICE! They never answer their phones and give incomplete information regarding tracking number from the courier company - Dawn Wing. I am left without a tracking or reference number from the courier company as the man who was meant to deliver my order drove past my complex after being given incorrect information. I cannot track this parcel because Babies R us has not provided me with a tracking number from the courier company but has given me an order number that the courier company cannot pick up because it was not generated by their system. Babies R Us do not pick up the phone. I have been waiting for this parcel for 3 weeks. In addition, I might be charged for the second attempt at delivery. Poor communication, poor coordination, poor service. In future, please take ques from TAKEALOT regarding delivery.
