Misleading the public

Today I went to Babies R us at Cradlestone Mall in Roodepoortwhere a pram was on special and marked down from 2799.90 to999.90. I took a photo to proof this. When we came back into the shop to come and buy the pram they had taken it off and knew nothing about it. The lady called the branch manager but he made us out as ***** as the lady then knew nothing. After confrontation she admitted first she didn't take it off then a few minutes later she did take it off and then she said she tore it up and she said she didn't and after a while it came out that she hifit away. My husband found the price after searching for it in the shop. The branch manager then phoned the area manager apparently and said no we can't take the pram for the price that it was advertised for. Its a mistake on their side so we then requested to buy it for the marked down price. Then when I phoned the area manager Willie said that they are closed on Sundays so this branch manager Jeffrey was lying all along and to make it worse they had the worst attitude I have seen in my life. I am highly disgusted with this store and it's inexperienced staff. The customer was right but we were made out as *****.<br> <br>
