Magnificent Feedback
<p>I recently wrote a review complaining about the service i got at babies r us in the menlyn store.</p> <p> </p> <p>last week I got feed back / a call from the head office and I dealt with a lady by the name of Michelle Burke... She was so professional and handled the matter very well, she made me feel special and apologized time and again for the bad service i got and even sent me a gift!! </p> <p> </p> <p>it would be wrong of me not to appreciate and compliment her for her great service, all is well and will definately be shopping at babies r us in the near future.</p> <p> </p> <p>Keep up the excellent job Michelle!!!</p>
