I am very disappointed in the service we received from the Store at Babies R Us Mall of the South. So here I am driving all the way from Soweto to the nearest Babies r Us in The Glen shopping centre. I get there and I don't find what I'm looking for. Okay thats fine and I'm cool with that as such things happen. So whilst in the store they were kind enough to call a nearest branch to check if they have stock. Nearest being mall of the South. You can imagine my excitement when their store assistant (Luvuyo) told the ladies at the Glen store that there is a pack of what I'm looking for. He tells these ladies that he will put the pack aside for me and when I get to Mall of the South I should go straight to the till. Fine, I drive all the way again. Get there then I'm told they gave my pack to someone else. They had no solution to my problem at all. Toriso also a worker lacks customer service s****s as he had the audacity to tell me to drive again tomorrow and go back to the same store with lousy assistants and supervisors/managers as none came to try and resolve my query. If one giga pack of huggies gold currently costs R309, could your store offer me two jumbo packs for the same price of the giga pack. After all two jumbos make one gigs! Babies R Us will never see us again as your Store assistants at Mall of the South had no compassion and were downright rude.
