I'm going through the worst experience ever

Never. I repeat Never use Babies R Us SA. Where to begin. I got stuff at the back end of April upto now no delivery, ignore messages on Facebook and never responded to any email. Once or twice they responded on Facebook, 1st it was to say my parcel is with the courier then they give me a tracking number that doesn't exist. Should I go on? Next they they say that the courier lost the parcel and will send a fresh order to be delivered over night. Well a many nights have passed so I should have asked which overmoght from Mars? But thry don't respond. So they have my goods/money but no chance of finding out when I will get this. I strongly recommend that we don't purchase from them. I strongly regret not using takealot and babyboom because they are more efficient
