Horrific Service

This store made the biggest mess of my baby registry and ended up embarrassing several guests because they had all bought the same gifts. The registry was never updated when someone had come and purchased something. I too wanted to add a few things to my registry as the stock had been extremely low on the day that I had compiled my registry. These changes were never implemented into my list. The staff stand around there laughing and talking and ignoring customers, you wait forever for someone to assist, and the one lady has no idea what is going on there and appears completely out of her depth. She seems to barely speak English. I am so disgusted. I put so much thought into my registry and it was completely ruined. So much preparation went into the beautiful baby shower my friends surprised me with, but it was ruined because I got the same gift over and over. Shame on your staff!
