HER CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS NEED TO IMPROVE

I Went toys r us in Secunda mall to return a baby shower gift I bought for a friend . three days before the baby shower it was cancelled due to my friend losing her baby . I got to the store the teller was about to refund me when the store manager Zantel Cantil came and she asked her if she can refund me she told her with an attitude the only thing I can do its voucher , I told her I don't want a voucher I came within 14 days return n exchange , she gave us ugly eye n talked to the teller like we were not there. we wanted to explain she never continued looking under table and saying what ever she was saying . I asked the teller for her name . when we were leaving you could see she was like AS IF ITS GONNA WORK TAKING MY NAME DONE ( with her eyes ). why should she force us to take something we don't want. SECUNDA MALL TOYS R US MANAGER . I NEVER GO THERE EVER AGAIN . maybe in Gauteng or go to Babycity
