Great service

Ive seen alot of negative experiences with Babies R us but I just wanted to share a positive experience with everyone... Yesterday I placed an order for a Boni travel system online to collect in store at the midlands mall branch my order was placed and payment was made however it was still processing till around 10 this morning... I called the head office and a very helpful young man helped me by assuring me my order was still being processed however he would call midlands and ask them if the order was received on their side.. Within an hour I received the notification my travel system was available sadly I cannot remember the guys name but he was so wonderful... My husband was unable to fetch the item today as he was ill so I called midlands and advised that I would collect tomorrow and the young lady said she will keep my order aside for my husband to collect... I'm so pleased with the services received this far
