Great Service

<p>Good day,</p> <p> </p> <p>I would like to share recognition for the sales advisor at the Rooderport (14th Avenue store) he said his name is Themba Motha, that guy has been a great help from the time my wife was pregnant and we were preparing my sons room to now when we buy day to day merchendise.</p> <p>Im really impressed with how he has assisted us in learning new things and better aid us as first time parents and i applaud Babies R Us for training floor staff to develop such a knowhow on their brands and the baby category. For example, when we first walked in the store we did not even know Bounce and although we were sceptical at first he assured us that the store prides itself on this label and it is great quality for our bundle of joy and we have not expirienced any problems with the pram and baby carrier we bought.</p> <p> </p> <p>My son was who is 3 months now is a Babies R us baby and this is thanks to such individuals who take pride in their jobs and ensure they give you personalised care and answer your "million" questions when you walk in store with a smile, thank you Themba and thank you Babies R us.</p> <p> </p> <p>Siya </p>
