We bought a baby swing a while ago, at first our baby hated it, and when he was ready for it, he kept on flipping forward, which could have resulted in a serious injury.. I contacted Belinda ( the branch manager) she was so helpful, send her photos, she contacted her area manager (Deon) and sorted everything out upfront. When we took the swing back, she immidiately apologised and let us choose something else for the same amount in the store. Well done in service delivery! I will keep on supporting toysrus in rustenburg.
