faulty pram resulted in my infant falling

good day<br> I brought a pram from Toys r us-Westwood and it refused to fold the very next day, I took it back to Toys r us and they exchanged it and assured me it wouldn't happen again. a week later I used the pram again and on folding it, it refused to fold again. I called toys r us pavilion and told them that I will be returning the pram month end as I lived 3 hours away.i had to travel with the pram in my small car in its unfolded state resulting in scratches in my car.I got to the store and the manager refused to take the pram back stating its not faulty since the staff member could fold it .I pleaded with the manager that 3 other people tried to fold this pram with no luck so I was no longer interested in the pram. the manger insisted that the pram was not faulty and she wont take it back. one of the staff members asked me to fold the pram and took my 6 month old infant from me and placed him on a swing in the store, she then left him unattended and the swing toppolled over and dropped my baby head first on the concreate block beneath him. only after they had dropped my son and we were both crying did the manger agree to take back their pram. I am deeply hurt by their action<br>
