Essential online shopping joke

I ordered something the 24 of april online and till today have not received my parcel, your call centre is useless and can not assist correct or you cant get through for assistance, i get lockdown put pressure but an entire month and parcel is not delivered is a disgrace what is the point of online because i might aswell have waited for the store to open for my my babies goods, i dont care what the excuses are but i paid for a service i expected to he to get what i paid for. NEVER AGAIN!!! Will i use your online portal or recommend to anyone.
