Don't even think of using babies R Us online

Babies R Us South Africa online department don't even deserve one star. I placed an online order on the early hours of black friday morning. I'm still waiting for my order, I didn't even get a confirmation email from them. It's been a week of sleepless nights and numerous calls and emails that are constantly ignored.

I want either my money back or the items purchased online.

This bull**** of not responding to social media platforms, emails and calls must come to an end. I regret shopping online at Babies R Us not only did I lose the money I paid online, I have also incurred data costs by sending emails and posting on social media platforms hoping for a response. Not to mention the numerous calls made that didn't even get answered.
