Don’t bother the employees

The star is for the security guy who was nice enough to come to us and greet us and show us where to park our trolleys before shopping when we entered 10 or so employees with blue work shirts stood there doing nothing and stared at us not even 1 approached us except the security guy than we went in looked around and saw a car seat we wanted I had to call out for assistance when we eventually got help nice young lady only apologised after I asked “ why they are so unhelpful ?” We asked for the Bounce car seat she went to fetch it and left it at the cashiers for us when we got the it was in a clear plastic bag with red lettering and it was half torn when asked if we could get another well packed and sealed one she just tied it up and rang us up just over R1000 spent for a car seat wrapped in a tethered plastic no apologies The WORST SERVICE HORRID STAFF there are cameras in store so either we were not the right customer for them or they just don’t care 8months pregnant and walked into Babies R U Secunda excited to shop and left as quickly as we could I NEVER WANNA GO BACK THERE AGAIN DISGUSTING ILL JUST GO SOMEWHERE ELSE WOW
