Don't shop at toys r us bellville.

On the 04/04/2015 I went to toys r us Bellville and found a feeding chair on the floor with barcode *** for R699.90. The store had no stock and only had that floor demo available. I ask for a discount and the manager said via the staff that they would give me a 10% discount as it was the last one and no other store had stock. I didn't take the chair and said I will think about it and come back as I preferred a new one. I also purchased items for my baby for R600 as I always do every month from toys r us. On the 05/04/2015 I went back the same store to pay for the item. The manager refused to give me a 10% discount and told me that she never said that as the item is still brand new. I pointed out that the chair had no box and was a store demo and cannot be regarded as brand new. The Manager Liesel says she can sell it to someone else for full price and never told me that she gave me a discount. This is pathetic attitude and service from toys r us. I always shop at toys r us in canal walk and this was the firsty time I experienced pathetic customer service at a toys r us store. I rather take my money elsewhere. Liesel you are a **** and a pathetic manager.
