Discovery & Babies R Us - Disappointed Customer

have been struggling to use my Discovery Insure Vitality 50% Discount wicode from the 4th of July 2021 @ Babies R Us for the Bambino I Rotate 360 Degree Graphite Car seat. The list Discovery have on their website was never updated or given through to Babies R Us. I have been to Babies R Us, 4 times after numerous communication between Discovery and Babies R Us and still after I was promised by Discovery and Babies R Us head office on Thursday 15 July 2021 that the Babies R Us system is now updated and a new wicode from Discovery was sent to me I could not use my Discount yesterday and Babies R Us Cresta. Just don't know who is at fault here Discovery or Babies R Us, but surely as a Discovery customer they need to check-up with Babies R Us that the systems correspond.
