Disappointed with baby R urs Exchange services

I bought baby Boni walker 27 August. Costing R500 paid delivery fee of R 65. 22 September I called them requesting exchange because my walker was damaged .they told me that they will collect the walker and take it for assessment. 30 September I called them to find out when I'm getting the new walker. They told me that they will send me back the damaged walker they are not exchanging the damaged one because it was damaged purposefully. I was disappointed with baby R urs. I'm not buying nor recommend them for anyone.
