DISAPPOINTED WITH BABIES R US

I am very disappointed with their return policy. I received gifts for my baby shower and I have already exchanged some of the things at some shops without a slip and they never gave me problems. But on the other hand, Babies R us are refusing to exchange for me because they say they want a slip or a gift receipt, and I tried telling them several times that I do not have it nor do the people that gave me the gift. Even called their Head office, but to no avail. I am very disappointed with their store and I feel they do not value their customer. They should copy other stores and treat customers fairly.
