Damaged goods

I bought a baby seat trainer and it was damaged. I took it back and asked for a refund because I felt I didn’t even need it anymore because my baby didn’t want it anyway (keep in mind it was damaged). We were told the belts were dirty so they won’t refund us, they will repair it. It’s been over a week and there’s no communication. Now you have to understand that with a product like that, it’s used for a short space of time when teaching a child how to sit. It feels like we wasted our money now because it has been of no use since it’s still at the store.
