Choosing options for us

Yesterday I placed an order online for it to be delivered but to my suprise I have received an email saying my order is ready for collection, I don't even know which store and I do not understand how I must collect if I have chosen the option for delivery.

I called your number, I was directed to customer care, but the operator said something then muted my call, when I tried calling back the landline I was using is now blocked.

I need feedback and clarity on this today because the sad part is my baby does not have a formular, they are at a rural area, and I do not have any other plan. Order number ***
