Branch not accepting a return product without a sl

Good day,<br> <br> May you please assist as I do not understand how does your system operates. I went to your store at Craddlestone Mall returning a product that was purchased in Fourways of which I got it as a gift for my baby shower therefore I did not have a slip, the reason for the return is that I was bought 2 baby bather so I have to return one. I got there I was told they cannot take it without a slip....I mean seriously??<br> <br> I then called your head-office number *** and I was transferred to customer service. The phone rings for a very long time without someone picking it up or it gets picked up and drops. How do you deal with the clients if they cannot reach you?? Can somebody please call me and advice as to what must I do then?? I suggest in future you operate on the system that will show all your products irrespective of the branch of purchase, I mean this is unacceptable and I find the service extremely poor as I have to run around now with the product that was purchased in your store!!
